  • I will report to you minimum once per week with feedback from showings so that you have an accurate idea of how Buyers feel about your property.
  • I will handle follow up and keep you informed after the offer has been accepted, including all closing procedures.

You will receive a binder to keep track of all transaction materials. It is important for you to have information to reference at any point, should you have questions.
